Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition, with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging where possible

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at help@chelven.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund by email.

Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without prior contact with our team
